We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons on all accessories/jewellery so please make sure you are 100% happy when making your purchase. All product imagery of our styles is a true representation of how they look in real life.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your clothing purchase, you can return the product and recevie a credit note fot the original rice paid or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
In the event that your order is damaged, we will then be more than happy to organise an exchange for the same style. We are not able to cover costs for items that have been damaged due to negligence and general wear and tear through the use of perfumes, lotions, fake tan, oils and sun exposure etc.
Please check your items within 2 -3 days of receiving delivery - any damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of accepting delivery. You must provide photos of the damaged goods. We cannot accept refunds after this time frame.
